What are Russia’s strategic interests and tools of influence in the Western Balkan region? What are the regional characteristics and challenges that facilitate Russia’s influence in the media space? What is Kremlin’s potential to reach Western Balkan audiences? Those questions will be discussed during the presentation of NATO StratCom COE’s project ‘Russia’s Footprint in the Western Balkan Information Environment’.
The project is composed of four reports that analyse Russia’s influence toolset and its activities in the media space of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia. The reports can be found on: stratcomcoe.org/publications
