The spread of the global pandemic has showcased the need to understand and anticipate human behaviour, analyse dimensions of cognitive space, and monitor trends in technological development. Technological innovations tend to alter our perceptions and interactions, making it difficult to predict and model their future impact on our societies in the long run.
Since the establishment of the NATO StratCom COE in Riga, Latvia, the centre has become a knowledge hub and meeting place for experts and practitioners studying and shaping the role of strategic communications in the age of information. Our previous conferences have annually gathered up to 800 strategic communications experts from over 40 countries around the world.
