Foreign information manipulation and interference (FIMI) presents a growing political and security challenge, which is why there is a need for a common defence framework. As an open-source, master framework that draws on best practices in global cybersecurity, the DISARM framework contributes to FIMI defence through the coordination of effective action. This Hybrid CoE Research Report examines the DISARM framework and its suitability for rapid adoption by strategic communications practitioners, and its credibility for specialist FIMI threat analysts.
