On 16th July, NATO StratCom COE and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Finland agreed on secondment of a Finnish expert who will join the Centre in August.
Mr Antti Sillanpää has broad expertise on society-wide coherence in strategic communication (StratCom concepts, common doctrine development), as well as on situational awareness and the role of different actors as a target of information operations. Mr. Sillanpää currently works as a Senior Researcher at the Secretariat of the Security Committee, a permanent and broad-based cooperation body for proactive preparedness and comprehensive security.
