How could governments and military institutions jointly leverage emerging technologies for succeeding against threats in Information Environment?
NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence is proud to introduce exercise SYNESIS 2026 — our innovative civil-military cross-sectoral, AI-enabled StratCom LiveEX.
This landmark event is designed in response to the growing complexity of the Information Environment, geopolitical dynamics, and the increasing threat of hostile information influence operations. We will utilise novel AI-enhanced solutions combined with Audience Behaviour Modelling capability aimed to showcase the correlation between training audience efforts and effects on simulated audiences.
Our Aim: to strengthen collective resilience and sharpen the ability to counter hostile information influence operations and hybrid threats across our nations.
What makes SYNESIS 2026 unique?
- The integration of AI-enabled Agent systems within Audience Behavior Modelling capability, deepening the insights into simulated audiences.
- Real-time engagement through AI-enabled simulation platform, ensuring a dynamic, responsive, and immersive exercise environment.
- Opportunity to test and improve cross-sectoral cooperation and experiment with different approaches in dealing with hostile information influence operations and hybrid threats.
By fusing innovation with operational relevance, SYNESIS 2026 will set a new benchmark in how NATO StratCom COE provides tangible support to its nations.
