On 26th January, the NATO STRATCOM COE was visited by H.E. Mr Steinar Egil Hagen, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and Col. Laila Kvammen Lie, Defence Attaché.
Director of the Centre, Amb. Janis Karklins briefed the members of the delegation on the results of the Centre’s first substantive projects about hybrid warfare, the development of the online course about Strategic Communications in the Defence Domain, as well as the Centre's plan to launch an academic journal on Strategic Communications.
