On 15 April 2024, NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence was honored to welcome Ms. Ursula von der Leyen, the President of the European Commission accompanied by Ms. Evika Siliņa, Prime Minister of the Republic of Latvia and Mr. Valdis Dombrovskis, Executive Vice-President of the European Commission. During the visit delegation discussed election security in times of geopolitical strain and the impact of AI on the European and global information space.
